Hi, Shadow dragon, ages ago you posted an mp3 demo of a game called shadow line. The demo you did was really good and the game sounded really awesome, but the thought of copying everything into google translate seemed a little to long winded. With this new add on for NVDA though I would really like to try the Shadow line game, do you know where I can get the game from?

It's also a lot easier to set up. Note that you will still need to install the japanese keyboard and IME for this to work properly. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/2658966/Instant-Translate-2.1.nvda-addon Download this Addon and run it to install it into NVDA. If it tries to download as a zip folder for whatever reason, set your filetype to all files, and add the .NVDA-addon extension to the end of the filename. Credit goes to Sadavoi Alexi for this awesome Plugin. Now once you have your computer set up to display japanese correctly, including changing the system locale, all you need to do is go to instant translate settings in NVDA Preferences and set your input language to japanese. Do not use auto detect, as sometimes it tries to translate as chinese, which really does not work very well. Then you just select your japanese game of choice that has the auto-copy to clipboard function and you'll be able to play fine. NVDA shift T translates selected text, NVDA shift Y translates text from the clipboard. I don't think there could be a simpler way to play these games. I hope this introduces some new people to the awesomeness that is the japanese audiogames, and I hope you all enjoy. If anyone needs help with anything, either plug-in or game related, let me know and I'll see what I can do. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org.
