Jeff, Thanks for the link to the paper by Richard Hill. What a gem!
As well as describing his particular design, there is a lot of good background information, facts and figures, and what is tried and tested, and what just won't work. The air figures for stoichiometric combustion are useful, as are the figures for a practical working setup with excess air. It will help me navigate through the minefield of wood combustion - plus a good recipe for vermiculite concrete. regards Ken On 28 December 2013 04:32, Jeff Davis <[email protected]> wrote: > On 12/27/2013 07:40 PM, Alex English wrote: > >> If you haven't already heard of the Jetstream >> > > Here's the PDF version: > <http://www.vtwoodsmoke.org/pdf/Hill-79.pdf> > > > > Jeff > > _______________________________________________ > Gasification mailing list > > to Send a Message to the list, use the email address > [email protected] > > to UNSUBSCRIBE or Change your List Settings use the web page > http://lists.bioenergylists.org/mailman/listinfo/gasification_lists. > bioenergylists.org > > for more Gasifiers, News and Information see our web site: > http://gasifiers.bioenergylists.org/ >
