I agree 100% with your comments, but have to include the impossible dream required by some, of using minimal elbow grease. To me manual is the only option that is affordable in rural populations. Having seen road metal broken down from rocks to small chip with hammers, people will do anything to earn cash money in these places. Back to the scrap pile. Doug.
