This clip is from 1938, when also in Finland it appeared that gas would not
be easily available in the future.Wood, however we did have and still have a
lot.
This test demonstrates that the truck motor could give the same motor power
with wood gas as with gas, if the wood gas is comressed with mechanical
turbochager. It is interesting to see, how simple intruments were used for
defining power, pressure difference etc, mostly based on natures of law
insted of comlicated electrical systems as it is today.
