Unemployment is at 7%.  In the 30’s it was 25%.   That being said, I don’t know a single family not impacted by this.  Building industry is talking about 5-7 quarters before we see a recovery, commerce is talking 4-6 quarters before any recovery has an impact.    Scott Costello Advantage Publishing, Inc.
