I agree with that - but that makes it a 7 point swing, not 14. I assume UT would try to score by running the ball whether down by 24 or 17, and that's exactly what it did. Of course, it probably wouldn't have happened but for a celebration penalty, but that would have happened regardless.
I guess that the point for me is that giving up a 70 yard touchdown drive after a fumble is no different than giving up a 70 yard touchdown drive after a fumble unless we either: 1. Believe in Voodoo (sorry, "momentum"), or 2.
