Believe in Voodoo (sorry, "momentum") Momentum is not an absolute, but I've seen enough football (and be honest Zeb - you have too) to know that emotion and being excited can have a dramatic effect on how a team plays - especially at the college level. Sure, any number of things *could* have happened. And your contention that if we'd have scored on that drive that UT might have responded with a TD drive anyway is just as valid and just as invalid as everyone else's assumptions/guesses/musings. But as a card carrying voodoo practicioner, I don't have any trouble believing that if we'd have scored then, that it would have taken the wind out of their sails (by the way - has anyone seen the wind?) and they'd have been less likely to have marched down the field and scored. In any event, I'm glad we're having this debate/discussion after a win, instead of after a loss!
