Leslie and I went in as soon as they opened the gates - about an hour and fifteen minutes before kickoff. We were literally the only ones in our section (57) for nearly a half hour (Leon - Shane and Jason were sitting in the seats up above yours today).
10 minutes before kickoff it looked to be half full. The student section was the most sparsely populated, and didn't reach it's peak until about 10 minutes of the game were gone. We stayed to sing the alma mater and fight song, waited until the players left the field, then walked to the parking garage at Newell and Museum where we'd parked today. Had no trouble driving to Ballyhoo's, nor finding a parking place or getting a table. Afterward. as we were driving Shane back to Hume we stopped by Lake Alice to watch the dusk performance at the bat house (you should have seen it Randy!). The only time I've seen I-75 so uncrowded after a game was on the way home last Saturday night...
