You bring in a pro-set offense and we will struggle and have to start recruiting new style and types of players. Yes, we have a lot of talent, but they were suited best for what we were doing here. To go away from that gives us at least 2-3 years of recruiting to become stocked for the new offense. Mullen brings the same philosophy and existing relationships. I am not sure I necessarily want him here, but he is up and coming, young, and capable. He also maintains the continuity in playing styles that fits our existing players. Of course, you could argue we have a lack of talent to explain this year, but I call hogwash.
