If the allegations in the Yahoo story are all true, then it is easily within the realm of what the death penalty is for. You'd have to ask, if this doesn't earn the death penalty, then exactly what DO you have to do? Run a drug trafficing cartel? Kidnap young girls and sell them into slavery? What? This is so egregious, so flauntingly out of control, so contemptuous if the rules the rest of us live by, that anything less would make a mockery of the NCAA and it's rules. Yet, despite what seems to me to be an obvious case, I will be amazed if the NCAA has the guts actually to pull the trigger.
