While I do have some sympathy for the team scUM is playing, not getting to be on TV, I meant it to mean a TV ban but I am more concerned that they are not allowed to share in the revenue. The more I think about it, thought, if you cripple their program in terms of no scholarship athletes to the point they are a lousy team which get pounded by the likes of Duke and Wake Forrest, then I am not sure that the exposure has more value than the $. Do you really think a x star rated player is going to go play for scUM on his own dime just to be on TV. I believe elite players want to play with elite players and if you take away scUM's ability to attract elite players you will cripple the program without invoking the death penalty.
