Sandy... this is exactly what my son said last night when we were discussing the issue. He can't get over it. He is just so disgusted that a bunch of grown men would keep this quiet for so long. This is a man-child who can't even watch a TV show or movie in which a kid is being mistreated verbally so I know he has a tender heart, and the only times he ever got in trouble for fighting at school, he was taking up for some girl who was being harassed by a guy or guys. I know he wouldn't just walk away from the scene Mike McQueary walked away from.
I am proud to know that Trevor realizes how reprehensible the behavior of all those involved has been. It's disgusting. One of my best friends on the planet works at PSU (in fundraising... imagine how this is going to affect HER job) and was born, raised and has lived her entire life in State College, PA. She went to high school with Mike McQueary, and she said he has always been a "shit head". She doesn't know why he is still there either... or at least she is not telling if she does know.
