Hello All, I would like to propose the following changes.
*Section 9 * *Meetings * "Private Meetings" shall not have non-public votes. The privacy of the meeting may be used to discuss topics which do not require *votes* as otherwise noted in the document. *Votes* 1. Add specificity to the definition of a quorate instead of "a majority of its members" 2. All votes should be publicly available. If a vote is held, it should not be done in a "Private Session". This should promote more transparency. -- John Yeary -- *President Greenville Java Users Group Java Users Groups Community Leader Java Enterprise Community Leader*
