pardon my ignorance, but how does the gnatbox respond, if at all, to a
rejected message?  does the sender receive notification?  i'm concerned
about legitimate email from a black-listed site.

3000 or so, for about 750 domains.

It works really well, I just wish I had the horsepower to run it for all my
inbound mail instead of just a few local accounts.
