The message is rejected with a 501 status, and is typically (depends on the
sending MUA) returned to the sender. It will include an error message specific
to the service that was responsible for the block. The message usually includes
a URL where the user can lookup the details of that particular block:

<<< 501 Blocked - see http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml?216.71.64.150
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable
