I'm using: relays.ordb.org sbl.spamhaus.org relays.osirusoft.com bl.spamcop.net These block about 30K messages a day. I use SpamAssassin to handle the leftovers. I've also got a spam trap to identify HTML scrapers, and I block them explicitly with firewall rules.
