I have the same problem. I bought a Robox and a GB1000 in Dec 2001. Support have now given me access for the Robox (after I queried things and supplied the serial nos for both, but not for the GB1000 until GSEC confirms eligibility), but sods law being what it is the GB1000 is the one that is less critical for me and consequently the one I test new releases on. How come I have been entitled to upgrades for 9 months but not 12, and why now for the Robox but not the GB1000? I think someone may have been on a Microsoft Licensing course ;)
