If you are under contract, then you're covered by #2.

GTA is a little behind in updating the Support Center database.
I called about the upgrade on a unit we purchased last week,
and Tech Support immediately updated the database so that I
could update the runtime before I send the unit to the Customer.

Since your unit should be covered, you can probably do the
same.
