What was deleted, above, was my statement that it is wrong that one of the combatants in a dispute should be judge and jury. This is a core concept of English justice and is not to be lightly ignored. That you should have both deleted it and not referred to this concept indicates that justice should both be done and be seen to be done is not part of your policy.
