Given the outdatedness of most of the stuff that was under the UPP
downloads section, I've now removed pretty much everything that
was there, apart from some essential support files and the Firefox
archives.
The intent is that Alan's work above should be able to package
everything that is of interest. If there's something you really
need, be in touch, but it'd be more productive if it was in the
autobuilder (most things in the UPP were) and added to the above.
