It is true that some links are broken - for instance, the link to
"Library Downloads" at the bottom of
http://www.riscos.info/index.php/UNIX_Libraries
...though I haven't checked this in a long time, so am not sure if it's a
recent thing or not.

I don't know the details but presumably the equivalent page is now:

I'm not sure that I feel that happy about people being removed from the
list for expressing their view (be it annoying/rude or not).

Is there a "charter" or equivalent for this list which sets out the
ground rules?
