The supplier told you to keep them at 70F? If so, you can skip him next time when
you are looking for gex. It is his job to #1 sell you healthy gex, #2 give you
correct care info.

I suggest you get a fecal done to see what sort of parasites you are dealing with,
then you can medicate appropriately. Right now you could do them some good by
soaking them in Pedialyte for 10 minutes, that will help hydrate them and make
them feel better.

The crickets you are feeding should be about 90% the size of the gecko's head.
This is a good rule of thumb for geckos. Try 3-5 at time, if they are not taken in
the first 15 minutes or so remove them and try again the next day. This is, of
course, best tried at higher temps as Neil has suggested.  If they are too cold
their feeding response will not appear.
