Lyle, what do you do about predators?  Here in downtown Toronto I am
concerned about cats and raccoons.  (Toronto has about 5 times more
raccoons per hectare than natural forest in the area!)  If we ever get
that second floor deck built, I think I'm going to have to use heavy
wire fencing over and around any animal cage areas.  

If you could tell us which animals you keep outdoors over what temperature
or time range, it would help Hilde and I since we live in a similar climate
to you.
