that would have to be up the person who made the work though. Can't
generalize policy for others based on your own feelings. Imitation is just
that, copying isnt imitation.

I found a commercial web site selling spanish language lessons that swiped
an illustration of mine for their tape, books and web page. Small company,
seem like nice people, ....but they didn't ask and went ahead and
published.  Commercial or not it was wrong. Now I am faced with the
options.....sue them, make them pay a fee for the work as if they were new
clients, or let it go. No fun.
