That's where I think personal motivation comes in. If someone were to say
"I really like these couple of ingredients, in this recipe, but I've been
experimenting with these alternatives for the rest, and I like them
better." Then the new resultant recipe may very well be his. Also if
someone markets an uncopyrighted recipe in the interest of helping his
fellow herpers and not to make money, then things get complicated. I've
got a question for those on the list, if a site was found that used
pictures of your animals, but only in conjunction with accurate and
relevant care information(no animal sales), would you take any action? TC
