I've always been interested in these types of issues.  How much of the
recipe has to be changed in order to have it be a "new" recipe.  If someone
used starfruit as one of the ingredients in their gutload and another used
starfruit, but the other ingredients were different, is that stealing?
There's also the question of motivation, if someone said "I'm going to make
a the gutload so its more available to the people who need it" and was not
working for profit, does that make it acceptable?  This is a dicey issue at
best.  TC
