I think that's just it - that they're new to these enclosures, to you, etc.
Give them a little while to get used to their new environment, and they'll
come around. I've found leo's can be highly adaptable.
As far as the two females, one could very well be intimidating the other.
Maybe if you put a tank divider in just until everybody's eating the same,
they'll settle in better and eat regularly.
