I think the ovarian cysts can be directy related to human ovarian cysts
(please correct me if I'm wrong.  This is an issue that a lot of women have
to deal with.  The first thing is to figure out why the cysts are there.
Who knows, it might be related to the animal's inadequate nutrition.  The
main thing is that they're not cancerous, which I personally believe is
extremely doubtful.  Perhaps as the gecko's condition improves the cysts
will recede.  I don't personally believe that the cysts necessarily
interfere with reproduction, but again, I may be totally out in left field.
I should have said this first - for a qualified answer you should ask your
vet.
