Can't comment on a possible ovarian cyst - but, I did have a T. microlepis
that I acquired with a very serious strongyloid load. She was treated, but
one worm worked it's way out to where it was just below the skin on her
flank, and a cyst formed around it. She lived for many years with this,
until old age took her :(.
But again, that was external - can't say about anything internal.
