I think that is just as important as the transit: having a good,
conscienscious deliverer (is that a word?:) My postal guy is great: he won't
*ever* leave anything marked live; he'll ring and ring till I answer, if
not, he keeps them up front with him, and when he gets back to the depot,
he'll go out of his way to keep them cool/warm. One day I answered and he
says, "I think he's looking at me!" [through the holes]. I didn't have the
heart to tell him it was fruit flies.........:)
