Good advise Julie! The only problems i have had with The USPS was with
live quail eggs (they weren't viable when i I got them. EW!). The boxes
were handled roughly, but I also feel the packing could have been better. I
had the person sending the eggs do a better job of packing. I also
complained to the post office about the postal carrier not following the
makings on the box (this side up). With my office they must take complaints
seriously. The postal worker came to my house and apologized, and made sure
she understood how I wanted my live shipments handled. She is a very nice
person and I have not had a problem with her since.
