Hi Lyle,
I assume Burke activated a fresh heatpack. There are 2 unused ones left,
one of which I will use when I pack the box for tomorrow's mailing to CA.
I have always taped my heatpacks to the inside top of the styrofoam box.
This heat pack was just laying against the side of the box. It didn't feel
warm but it wasn't cold either.
