The "instructions" you received are also indicative of this.       - I think they were probably named incorrectly (as I can't find them anywhere on the web) and should have been gold-eyed geckos (Cyrtodactylus louisiadensis).  Can anyone confirm that this is likely?  I have heard that common name describing Gekko ulikovski. If they are green and tokay-like that is probably what they are.  Also, we were told to feed on similar food to leopard geckos, but have not yet seen them eat - it is possible that they only do at night, but even when we sit in the room with a night-light on, we see nothing - we've tried brown and black crickets, mealworms, waxworms and small locusts.  Any info or advice would be much appreciated, Zahra Healthy Gekko ulikovski should eat the above. Either they are something totally different than I have guessed, or unhealthy and too sick to eat, or your temps and set-up are so far off that you will not see them eat because of that. Sometimes geckos are shy too and do not feed in front of you- this would not be unusual for a gecko in a new environment anyway. I would leave them alone until they have had a chance to adapt.  Have you counted food items before and after feeding? If they are C. louisiadensis, a gecko which looks nothing like G. ulikovski, you may well have the wrong set-up. They like it cool and like to swim. I suggest you go to http://www.gekkota.com and check the photos for a proper id. After that someone here can point you to the proper care sheets on the net. Good luck!
