Yes, I keep Gekko vittatus, and I include Sanseviera sp's. I had a website
saved that had an enormous number of Sanseviera species available, and with
photos of every form. Well, the site is gone - crap! There are several
dwarf species (like "Golden Hahni") that work well in horizontally oriented
cages. Some of the species are a little sensitive, however, the most are
very durable. Several are extremely easy to propagate even in a lizard's
terrarium. Leaf-cuttings, and plant separation work well with this genus.

Check out this site, and get yourself a good book that covers "house
plants" and another on succulents (for photo reference):

They carry some extreme plant species. I also like Stapelia, however,
if/when they flower get yourself a clothes-pin and turn on the fans!
Stapelia puts out an enormous flower that has the common name "Carrion
flower". S. gigantea produces a flower about 8-10 inches in diameter,
looks like a starfish, and smell like road kill. They are unbelievably
beautiful and have unbearable stank-onia - all in the same sentence. I had
one last fall producing flowers for nearly 3 weeks (each flower only lasts
about 3 days) - this plant had to be placed outside - which inevitably
ruined somebody's cook-out downwind!

Several Kalanchoe's, Haworthia (great for desert terrariums), Portulacaria,
Fenestraria, and others make decent terrarium plants.
