Melody is right about Chinese Evergreen (Japanese Maples are good also!). 
 They can endure harder times than the geckos.  Ficus are also good for the 
terrariums of those species which these type plant species would fit best 
in.

If I can ever figure out how to take smaller images with my digital camera, 
I could post many photos of plant species.  Coupled with the 
common/scientific names I am sure they would help clarify things here.

Hi Brad and all,

I have had good results with Chinese Evergreen.  It puts up with
neglect, conveniently loking limp if it needs water, comes in plain
green and variegated, and is not too fragile for medium to large day
gex.  I don't remember what species you're keeping.
