I guess that the key is the gut load and variety of
the bugs.

I don't remember exactly the recipe, but once upon a
time (lol) in the chameleon journals was posted a
recipe that I am not sure if I can post it directly to
the list that is suppose to have almost all of what
our little fellows need.

Supplementation must be just that, a supplement of
their diet and in my opinion must be every 10 days or
so to avoid any kind of Hypervitaminosis/calcification
that is worst than Hypovitaminosis/calcification.

Lyle, do you think it would be a problem if I post the
recipe directly to the list? The recipe will not going
to be exactly the same but it would be very similar.
