Julie,
I'm well aware of PIJAC, and please understand that I realize that there are
many individuals in our hobby that do have a strong voice. Unfotunately,
that is a small number of people in a very large group. The Council is so
important in these particular matters, and I'm glad that we have these
people to help us out. The government has some pretty "big guns" as well.
