Go Julie!

Zoo Med, in conjunction with various livestock wholesalers, will be having a
meeting with Marshal about this, the dates have not been set yet, but I'm
compiling data for it starting immediately. I basically want to think of the
entire reptile community as legal aids doing research for Marshals case, so
over the next few weeks please submit copies of any relevant findings to me.
I wanted to funnel this through myself because I have a staff of two in my
department that can go through and organize everything and high-lite
relevant information. This will also help ensure Marshal isn't receiving
multiple copies of the same information.

Yes, this newsgroup is definitely the cream of the crop as far as Herp
keepers are concerned, but some of this advanced knowledge does trickle down
to educating the pet stores. Some subscribers to this group have published
beginners guides and "first-herp" articles, and I'm sure we have all spent a
good amount of time educating pet store staff on herp care when we only
meant to buy cat food.

Cheers,

Nathan,

Let me make you aware if you aren't already, PIJAC and Marshall Meyers, the
PIJAC lawyer, are a force to be contended with! We do have some big guns on
our
side. As a breeder you should find out about and join PIJAC for precisely
this
type of situation.
