look close for signs of a bite or abrasion. Is it increasing? > will it clear up on its own if conditions are >kept very clean and sterile or would medication be necessary? tough to say. A vet visit would be the best recommendation. If there is a wound, you could try a topical treatment. But if there is a deep infection already, you will need anti biotics. Only a vet can give you these and determine which one will work best.
