Whoops - I meant modified ACID fast stain - helps to identfy cryptosporidium.

What if i wanted to put another leo in it some other time, would they be infected even though i had thorougly disinfected it?
If you disinfect it properly - you should eliminate them, leaving it out in the sun will help as well - awuaria get super hot so no animals in the when you do this.
And you say that blood tests are no good?
Nope - just difficult to get a decent sample from a gecko. What does your male weigh?
