My male is not the one that's infected...they're 2 adult females. And they both weigh around 37 grams.
That means that all one may take is approximately 0.37 cc of blood. Tough to do much with that - but you might get a cbc and a chem or two. I am not saying it cannot be done, but even acquiring the sample will be, lets say, challenging.
Also about disinfecting the tanks. I don't think it should be that hard to eliminate the parasites. 'cause one of the infected tanks i had before with this which now house a couple of my 2003 hatchlings have not caused any probs with those babies. And i disinfected a total of 4 times, but very thoroughly. So i'm hoping these two tanks won't be that bad either.
Shouldn't be.
