I'm not sure about what to add to your formula (I haven't really checked it out yet), but there's one clarification I think the North Americans need. I'm sure some of 'us' don't know that the common European mathematical punctuation is a bit backwards to ours. The decimal character for us is a period '.' while some (most?) European countries use a comma ',' Thus, if we read your enclosure size for a leachianus as 165,4225 it looks like more than "one hundred sixty five thousand" gallons, instead of "one hundred sixty five ".
