I just got a call from the vet where I took in follow up fecal samples last week. It turns out that the coccidia is still present but now they have found both trichomonas and entamoeba. Yikes! They have put on weight and are eating fine but I was really looking forward to their first negative test. The vet is going to put them on metrodiazole [sp?] on top of the Novotrimel I used before. This seems grim.
It's a lesson learned: ask before you buy and don't assume that just because someone breeds a species, he is selling you CB geckos from his own "stock".
