Julie, I appreciate your words. When I bought the geckos I was so happy I had found them for such a decent price. I had been thinking about buying this species for a few months and I had everything I needed to create the vivarium (minus the live plants) all set aside. I saw them advertised on a local board's classifieds and I jumped at the chance to buy them. If I had known I would have all these parasite problems (including the increased vet costs) to go along I would have waited until the Toronto Expo that just passed to pick something up. Shame on me! But that doesn't mean I'd give up on the poor geckos. They are very beautiful - sick or not! (but not quite as beautiful as the U. ebenaui Neil had at the expo that I can't stop thinking about).
