Hi, I'm making up a patch to install Tomaz's mimetype icons, and don't know where best to put it.
I've started, by re-using the old "geda" subdir name, for a package of things which belong to the whole suite. Another option would be to put them in libgeda, but it doesn't feel quite right. (Also, should PCB install the PCB and gerber mime-types?) Hamish has already had to split the libgeda debian package into libgeda-dev libgeda<soversion> and libgeda-common. (I think only recently was common data installed by libgeda). This should allow multiple libgeda so versions to be installed on a single machine. I can't recall what the change was which necessitated libgeda-common, but its use allows multiple libgeda<soversion> without clashing on the common files. Should I just stick the mime-types in libgeda, (they'll end up installing with libgeda-common on a debian box), or should I make a "geda" package?
