That's a good project.  We need it to help people get in.  Don't 
worry if your idea doesn't exactly match a request.  We don't 
expect it to match exactly.

Another need (hint to someone else) is for translators.  More 
important, the translator system.  There are several translator 
projects listed.  The biggest need is a system that addresses 
it all.  

I think the best starting point is to make a driver for gnucap 
language plugins, then extend it to gschem, pcb, gerber, etc.  
Eventually we can have import and export for foreign formats.

The translators need to make perfect translations that do not 
require further editing.  It is ok to need to get models from 
elsewhere, but it should not be necessary to do other editing 
or processing.

We need the translators more than the GUI.  You lose the benefit 
of the GUI if the translation between tools isn't good.
