IMHO, I would rather concentrate on getting HEAD translated
rather than translating older releases. I'm willing to change my mind
if somebody comes up with a valid/good reason otherwise.
And yes, this whole license thing should be sorted out before
we start accepting translations from launchpad. Looking forward to
seeing the response to your post PeterC.
