Actually, I reconsidered, removed the gh-pages branch there,
and pushed it on the master branch of github.com/geeqie/geeqie.github.io

geeqie.github.io will redirect to www.geeqie.org,
which, with DNS CNAME or etc/hosts trick, be served from github pages.
