hi Steve, Thanks a lot for your answer. i found there's ruby_se.py only, so i can only run in SE mode? but i need a full system simulation. Does that mean i can not use ruby memory.
another thing is does DRAMemory include the write access latency response into the total sim_ticks? Thanks, Sheng
