Yes good point, our sources are above the target. As for 128AAC I'm not sure internet infrastructure will allow a constant & reliable stream at this bandwidth, or am I out to lunch here? (I don't mean my particular setup, I mean everything between the source and the listener).
Also, our comparison is the FM signal. My understanding is that 56kps produces higher-than-fm quality.
